Great ordering experience
Great ordering experience. Items arrived as advertised in less time than expected. The product looks silkier than I expected compared to the photo and that is the only reason I didn’t give five stars but that is just my personal taste! I would definitely order from here again.

I love the wigs
I love the wigs! The only concern I have is the fact that there was supposed to be free shipping with purchases over $69.99 and even though I spent that, I didn’t receive the discount.

Wig was over plucked but overall it was amazing
I didn’t know the wig was going to be plucked when buying but when it came to me it was over plucked

I love the unit that I purchased, My only gripe is that the color that I ordered looks nothing like a 99 J or close to the color swatch listed on the website.

I was very pleased with the fast delivery, especially since I live all the way in Hawaii. The packaging was nice and as I was opening it, it was very exciting but then I could tell right away the color wasn't quite what I envisioned. When I ordered the wig I thought I was choosing an Ombre style color but this particular unit, the dark color was ultimately over powering the highlights. There were very few and too subtle highlights. That's the only thing that bummed me out but the whole entire product over all is very beautiful and I'm sure I can fix the color on my own.
