Ok, just looks worn, some curls picked out a little frizzy, don't want hassel of sending back should have gotten #2633 instead other than that it would have been perfect

Everything was great
Everything was great about my purchase loved the wig ! But shipping was actually took longer then expected, but other then that had no problems.

MISLEADING
I ORDERED A COLOR THAT BY ANYONE WITH EYES WOULD BE CALLED/CONSIDERED BLONDE. OR BLEACHED BLONDE. THAT COLOR ACCORDING TO THE COLOR CHART FOUND ON THE WIG "DENVER" WAS TM44. WHEN I RECEIVED THE WIG IT WASNT BLONDE, BUT GRAY! I TALKED TO EDDIE , HE AGREED THAT THE COLOR WAS MISREPRESENTED. FOR THAT REASON I EXPECT A FULL REFUND. THE COMPANY WAS AT FAULT , NOT ME. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE FULL REFUND, I WILL REPORT AND DISPUTE CHARGE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Cute but not full
It's cute but in the back the hair was not full enough so there were some parts with not enough hair.

Long delivery
My package did not arrive on the scheduled time. I just hope when I actually do get the wigs they will be more satisfying.

great service ... hair, not so much
I love the prices, fast shipping, delivery confirmation, etc. What I did not like was the quality of the hair. I bought the same brand twists from my local bss and they look 100% better. These twists that i purchased from elevate styles are poorly done and look as if theyre already unraveling I wont be able to use the hair. Im not sure why these look so bad bc theyre the same exact brand and twists that i bought locally but im very disappointed. Such a waste of money.

Ok.....
I definitely would have given you guys five stars, if I have been able to actually get the actual color wig I wanted and ordered..... Best to update all stock information on a daily so that customers such as I, wont be let down after the order is placed. Besides that customer service was very quick to informing me of the out of stock color after, offering another option, and delivery was fairly quick.

Great service
Ordered 2 units. The first one was super soft and brushing it was a big mistake. The second unit was two different types of hair. Not Kool.
