Today 12/29 Elevate Styles; Non- delivery update Status

Original Complaint 12/23, I am yet waiting for my order placed on 12/13. ******************************************** Good afternoon, Please be advised that to date, December 29th, concerning my purchase of 12/13, from Elevate Styles; that I am still waiting to receive my merchandise. Further, I purchased several other items; from various other companies; and vendors since December 13th; and received them all prior to December 25th; in spite of carrier service delays, and or delays, allegedly due to covid-19. I attempted to track the status of my order from Elevate Styles, with UPS; who states that they are unable to track my package. Initially, Elevate Styles informed me that my order was on hold because my address was incomplete, missing an apartment number. In the very same correspondece, that Elevate Styles sent to me via email; was my full address, including my apartment number; and I informed Elevate Styles of my observation. Now, I'm being told that the delay is due to holiday and carrier services overload; and other possible delays due to Covid 19. All of my responsibility has been met with, placing and paying in full for my order. The burden of proof is on the merchant, not on the purchaser; as to why the merchandise has not been delivered. Further, I would greatly appreciate not receiving any further solicitations for business, or sales pitches; and any discount offers from Elevate Styles; as it is an insult to injury, since my original order, yet, needs to be fulfilled. Why, would I further patronize a company that does not satisfactorily deliver merchandise. Thank you for your assistance in this matter of negligence and poor customer satisfaction.
