The service is great. The only thing that's a bit annoying is that they're always out of stock of everything. Unless it's the newest of the new arrivals, every colour is out of stock except for the unnatural colours

so far its a good website.

The order was correct in regards to the Aldi hair I ordered and I will be placing another order shortly, but I didn’t receive the free eyebrow shaper item that was supposed to come with the order. Hopefully it will placed with my next order

I brought this wig after watching a YouTube video and she looked fab! The only issue is that my hair already came flat ironed so it wasnt as full as the video. Good wig, I'll play with it some more.

The process did not go smoothly so I took 1 star, but after I contacted them their customer service was very responsive and worked until the issue was satisfactorily resolved. Recap: when I checked on my order tracking because it had not arrived after 1 week the rep apologized profusely that no one had reached out to let me know they were short 1 pack and give me options. After that they sent a picture of number 4 hair to see if I would agree to get it instead of number 2 hair. I agreed due to time and they quickly shipped it to me (same day). However upon arrival the 4 was lighter than hoped so pushed out appt. and contacted about exchanging for the originally purchased number 2 hair which they said was now available. So shipped the #4 hair back (at my expense) and they then contacted me to say they didn't have enough of the # 2 hair afterall (hence the loss of a full star). However they remained very responsive and even though they were supposed to be sold out searched to find a 1b pack to ship in place of the pack they were short for the #2 hair...so although it was a lot of back and forth-and the extra expense of return shipping- they did work hard to fix their errors and always replied quickly and politely which goes a long way. Also their price was still better than other sites, even with the return shipping. So I'll count this a fluke and plan to use them again in the future.

The color hair I needed wasnt available...otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

This is my first experience with Elevate Styles, but they are off to a good start in my book. I ordered on line and 2 days later, my parcel was delivered. I must see how the products hold up before I can give a 5 star. But prompt product delivery is a "thumbs up"!
