Have to frame to your face and make it your own

I thought you had fourteen days for return minus tax, but that's not the case will think twice before ordering again.

I made my purchase Saturday 10.10.15, I paid for 2 day priority shipping, even with Monday being a holiday, I expected to receive it on Wednesday. It didn't arrive until Friday. I could've just saved myself $4.

Thanks for asking my opinion. I was happy with the speed of getting my order, also the update emails to let me know the status of my order. After receiving my order and reviewing it, I was not happy with it and went to my "account history" to see if I could return or exchange it, I was not. Although I appreciate all the service, I will not be using "Elevate Styles" again..I do like to have the security and piece of mind to know that if I am not happy with a product, that I can return it, if not satisfied, even if I have to pay the postage. Again, thank you for your asking...Sincerely!

I have always been a huge fan of Drew, for quite some time might I add; however, the quality has been extremely inconsistent in the last few months. The quality has ranged from shorter than I would like, frizzier than I would like, or just flat out POOR. I spoke to an Elevate Style rep yesterday who advised that major changes had taken place on the Manufacturer's end. As the old saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

I bought one of the human wigs that I thought would be longer. However, It wasn't. It was shorter than what I anticipated. I wanted to keep it and give it a try but it wasn't what I expected. I was disappointed. I had to return it. I would still purchase from here just probably a synthetic one, instead.

not enough color in the wigs always out of color.
