I ordered the hair in December
I ordered the hair in December. I have the tracking number and it has not moved. I can’t cxl the order, the hair appointment is tomorrow so I have to go and buy more hair. And to return it when it finally arrives I have to pay to ship it and a 20% restocking fee. SMH. Just wasted money, with no help from this company I will never order from here again!!!!!

Horrible Shipping
Horrible Shipping. I paid extra for USPS priority mail, seeing as this site does not provide flat rate shipping anyway. As of writing this, today is 1/5/21 and my wig still hasn't arrived from when I was told it was shipped out on 12/29/20. Now I know to save money on shipping and buy wigs some place else! Since I paid for a shipping service I have not received, my shipping payment should DEFINITELY be refunded to me. Never again!
