The usual wig site I order from did not have the one wig I was looking for so I found it on elevate styles. Shipping was $10 for 1 wig. My usual wig site is $4.99 for orders under $65, so I always spend $65. It doesn’t matter how much you spend here because they don’t offer free shipping.
I’ve placed my order a few days ago, they shipped it a few days later and I still haven’t received it yet.
Overall, I wouldn’t order from this site again.

Poor customer service, and lack of integrity in business practices
Order not received. While lost in transit at the hands of the US Postal Service, which Elevate Styles has acknowledged, they have not refunded my order. They stopped responding to emails, and responded only when I filed a Consumer Affairs complaint. They responded to Consumer Affairs agreeing to refund my money, and then as soon as the complaint was marked as resolved, they failed to actually follow through with the refund the order and stopped responding. Disappointing, as I'd shopped with them years prior and had a positive experience. My current experience with them demonstrates a lack of integrity by this business.

Order hasn’t shipped and elevate styles…
Order hasn’t shipped and elevate styles hasn’t responded to my email. I ordered on 1/11/21 it’s 1/20/21 and order hasn’t shipped if I don hear something by he end of this week, I’ll be requesting a refund.
