I've asking repeatedly about how to…
I've asking repeatedly about how to return a wig I don't like and all I get is a link to where to return it! I asked some questions and they won't answer them. I wanted to know if I should send a picture of the wig to prove I didn't tamper or manipulate it. NO ANSWER! I ask if I was able return the wig because I got a discount, somewhere about 3 dollars! NO ANSWER! They tell me that they don't answer on weekends, which I understand, but I've emailed like 3 or 4 times yesterday! Once today! I would to know If I can return it because of the the small refund I got before I go through this whole process and then not get my money back! I not pleased with wig and would like my money back! Thank you! God bless!

Terrible ...
Terrible .... I went to brush the hair and the entire wig split in half... I’ve NEVER seen anything like that before... Even if it’s synthetic... I’m too mad.. I really wanted to wear it too... A waste of my money...😭😭😭😭😭

My package was not in the Amazon lock…
My package was not in the Amazon lock box. All packages go into the hub. And mine is not here. The message in the mail said it was left at the mail room. I did not get a code for it or anything

Trash service
Ordered on January 30 it’s now February 18 and I still haven’t got my package, I’ve emailed them TWO times about a refund and they’re straight up ignoring me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Most definitely won’t order from elevate styles again
