Shipping is too pricey, it cost almost as much as the wig.

I love shopping at Elevate Styles and do so quite frequently. One of the reasons I like to shop with them is because they are the only online beauty supply store that I know of that allows MULTIPLE coupon codes on 1order. Last 2 purchases,I could only use one & I took off 2 stars for that.The price of wigs is going up like everything else so every discount helps. Especially if you buy a LOT of wigs as I do.

I ordered the Zury Sis BYD Lace BEN Long Tiedye a few days ago. I was excited about the wig because I tried to order it online for months but its always sold out and super hard to come across, so when I found it on here I was excited. After I ordered the wig and was prompted to download the Route app to track my package. The app was very useless. I called and left a voicemessage, I emailed customer service, then I left a message in the chat, asking for the delivery service name and their tracking number. It was only then that I received a response, not a good look at all. None the less, the information provided in the chat (message) was accurate. The wig came by way of usps a few days later. The wig looked alright, it was new (thank goodness), but I had to work my magic to really make her lay the way I needed to, which is what I do anyhow. The style of the wig isn't that great. I have came across plenty other lace front bobs that look more fabulous and cost less than this one, but what make this wig so special are the colors. Due to these things, the overall experience deserves a 3 Stars.

I have been ordering the same wig for years from this company, this is the first time the unit has that I received is not the same. the hair is thin and there is only a little platinum color on the wig. very dissatified with this wig.

Hair was pretty however it was too full on the cut side, so it resulted in big hair on one side and the other side was limp. I will need to get a sheering comb to thin out the full side.

I didn't get an email saying my stuff was shipped. I had to contact support. And. I still. Can't get into my account
