Description of product is misleading

A lot of shedding.
Shedding, shedding, shedding. I soon as I took it out the pack and ran my fingers through it. There were large amounts of hair that came out with every pass through it. Beautiful, soft hair texture despite the shedding.

Not like the picture
The wig arrived quickly but it doesn't look like the picture on the site. Will have to work with it to make it look less like a wig.

I love the site, large selection of wigs, but. I am not happy about a 10.00 shipping fee especially if I am only 4 hrs away. I've purchased here before but the wig I ordered this time the quality was poor. After receiving through wig I notired at the top of the wig looked as if it had white glue in it and the tracks were very noticeable. If you are sitting and someone looks down at you. that's just tacky!!!!! I bought the vella vella alexis. very disappointed with this one!!! $30.00

Twice is not a charm
The shipping was very fast but my second order of crochet locs were terrible and had to be returned. Products should be inspected for quality before being shipped out to customers. This process has delayed my hair appointment.

Good overall
The timeliness and ordering process was seamless. It was BOTH easy to order and the order arrived timely. MY ISSUE is the COLOR --it's much too dark and does not LOOK LIKE the pictures --it's much darker. SO --that's why the reduced score as the pictures don't look like the actual color --it's MUCH darker. The wigs however were the correct style--I am not sure how to check size but one was much smaller in head circumference than the other.
