Communication with regards to tracking items items is disorientated

Shipping took entirely TOO long. I ordered on 11/26/16 & my order didn't arrive until 12/2/16. I've ordered in the past and received items within 2-3 days @ the most. I will say what I ordered was worth the wait & packaging was bomb. Will order again but won't expect to see my order within days.

Should give more details about the hair texture

I ordered two beshe ponytails (I believe one was a long ponytail that had a wet and wavy style to it while the other one was supposed to be long as well but just with a controlled curl). When I ordered online, both pictures of the ponytails with right before my eyes so I went ahead and ordered. When my packages arrived, I only had one ponytail that was correct. Come to find out, the one ponytail I ordered DIDNT match up to the picture that was online. And the color of both ponytails were supposed to be black and red. I got one ponytail that was black and light Brown (my hair is a deep dark brown so the light brown clearly looks funny on my hair but the black makes up for it) and the other ponytail was completely light brown. So I was basically sold fals advertisement. Basically the ponytail that I wanted was actually the one BELOW the ponytail I was looking at. So I went ahead and blindly ordered something I didnt want all because the people in charge of the site was too lazy to update their product pictures.

This is my third time ordering. This is the first issue I've had with shipping. It's been over a week and my package still hasn't arrived.

I am writing regarding my recent order with your company and as a first time consumer to your company, I am upset as I am yet to receive the items, however according to the postal services it has been delivered on the 11/11/2016 at 6:51 sorry who is up that time?,well I was since I had work but heard Nothing :( but to whom was the parcel delivered to ? Definitely Not me. I live on top of a shop and adjacent to my place is a Post Office , I have asked everyone on my street and can’t find my parcel. The track ID isn't X either and I realized I’m one of the lucky few to have another tracking number am stressed to the whereabouts of the parcel and was hoping you could trace it up. thank you for replying back :) I feel better now will check on what you have suggested . Thank you
