Review by Anonymous UserI tried to be nice and left you a positive review when I received the wig. I should have waited until I actually put the wig on. I rescind my earlier review. The only thing positive about this order was the shipping speed. The wig is absolutely horrible. Putting it on this morning, the lace part ripped straight out of the bag. I wasn't rough or forceful putting the wig on! I never had a wig to rip from just putting it on for the 1st time. Also, the wig looks nothing like the picture on the website. The hair is old and matted looking! I will not recommend this to anyone nor will I ever order from this site again. 1st and last time ever! I even read the horrible reviews first, and gave them the benefit of the doubt! Never again!! I am so very disgusted with the quality of this wig! If I could rate it a 0, I definitely would!

Return policy sucks and so does the hair I got.
I emailed to return the unit I ordered. They don’t work weekends so there’s that. This website isn’t hard to navigate. I give 1 star because the hair I received was very choppy cut in the back to the point you look crazy if you wear it. The sizing options are not available for you to choose from, so they send whatever size they want. The cap I received is soooooooo small. Waaay too small. The return policy is a joke. I ordered a unit for 45 dollars. 55 with taxes and shipping. To return, I would have to put shipping again and I wouldn’t receive any money back from either shipping. Then they keep 20% for restocking fees.... So I would get back basically 15 dollars. DONT BUY THROUGH THIS WEBSITE unless you’re sure of what you’re getting because you have ordered it before.

Our return policy is comparable to most of the online wig stores. Although a bit draconian compared to AMAZON.
To be clear we do charge at 20% restocking fee and we do not provide return shipping.

Disappointments..
Elevate styles has disappointed me for the last time over the last couple months with my orders being messed up or you can't get in touch with them.. when you order something they won't tell you that it's out of stock and you will be waiting for your order forever and they won't call you. And if you're a good customer they do not value you. So I decided to go on another site and they set my order out the same day something elevate styles didn't have over and over again . But that was my last time ordering with them.. Thanks for mistreating one of your good customers..
