It the Principle
I ordered the Kamiyah and the Kiara wig. The Kiara 1B was out of stock, so I requested a credit. The site allowed me to choose the 1B even though it was out of stock. Why was I not given the full credit? If I changed my mind that's on me. If there's a problem with the site the full refund should be allocated. It's not about the money, it's the principle.

This was a waste
This was a waste! The hair in the package is not the same size as the pictures! A lot smaller! The hair is easily tangled.

This not the wig I ordered nor what the picture of the inside of the cap was you have a picture of the inside of the cap on your website with lace part in it but you send me one totally different no lace part I'm very dissatisfied and I want to return the wig and get my refund.

Poor service
The wig I received (Outre Premium Duby 100% Human Hair Duby Wig SOFT CURLY CUT) looked like someone had finger combed it. There were several places around the wig that have frizziness, clumps of shedding hair and long stringy loose strands of hair. I tried reaching out to customer service via telephone (could not get through) and by text (never received a reply). So I sent the wig back a few days after receiving it and never heard, back or received a replacement. So now they have my money and wig.
