I've been wearing this It's a Cap wig for a couple years. Seems like the Quality is going down. You can see the seam on the top so I'm not real happy with this wig anymore and I can't return it so I have to deal with it!!

Okay.....
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here and both times I received a unit that I've felt was not new. The box came to me all banged up and partially coming apart. The second unit in the shipment was just fine. The banged up unit seemed like it had already been messed around with. The 2nd unit was great.

Wig has wrong color stitched into it.
I ordered a wig that is supposed to be color 1B with Champagne in the bang. There are silver/gray patches of hair throughout the colored sections. Not strands, but tracks of gray about 3 to 5 inches in length. Normally I have no problems with my orders. This is the first time I have a complaint.

Samples with purchases!
I love the fact that you have a wide selection of brands in your inventory. My only experience is that I've ordered in the past two units at one time. I'd like to think of myself as an educated consumer and spend my money wisely, however your company should try to keep up with the competition by sending samples and wig caps to loyal customers that make frequent purchases. Whenever I am asked, I always advise ELEVATE STYLE to go online and see your huge variety of units. I will continue to purchase from you but it would be nice if you could alone with my purchases send...samples! I appreciate your asking of my opinion! Thanks!

Shipping options are not what they seem
I paid for priority shipping (2-3) days, after ordering 7 days prior. With a Monday being observed for a holiday, I still have not received my items yet. Contacted customer service and all they have done was told me that I would receive them today 1/06/2017. I've ordered from here before and paid for a less expensive shipping option and have received my items around the same time frame as paying for priority or even sooner
