It wasnt funny in the least..

I've been shopping on elevate styles for years and I'm very disappointed. I paid for 2day shipping. My product was out of stock and it took a day and a half to get notice of that. I was mislead by my label being scanned at elevate styles. I got my tracking number thinking that my wig was in the hands of the post office only to find out 2 days later that it hadn't left because it was out of stock and I had to pick a different color. I wish things were a little more efficient.

If elevates did not have the better shipping fee I would have used someone else. The delivery sucks never know when to expect your package. They don't send email and the guy in customer service did not know anything.

This was my first time ordering from elevate styles and I was disappointed because I ordered on July 10th and as of July 17th, I didn't receive a tracking number or any kind of confirmation that my ordered had been shipped. I called on July 16th and was told that the systems were down and someone would call me back, no one did. I called again on July 17th only to be told that my order was on back order. I think it was very unprofessional that no one had informed me of updates, but you were quick to take my payment off my card the same night that I ordered. I was counting on having my order by a certain date, which was very important to me, but that obviously didn't happen. I don't think I will be ordering from you again in the future.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. I received 3 wigs that were very poor quality. One was matted looking and the other 2 were so thin you could see the tracks. I was charged a restocking fee which I felt was horrible customer service, especially since I had to pay return shipping fees for wigs that should have never been mailed out!!! I will never order anything else from Elevate Styles again!!!!
