Would think twice before ordering. Fast shipping but not the greatest return policy or customer service response. You can find cheaper prices elsewhere.

I've been waiting for over a week for my wig. I have not received any type of notice of when it may be arriving. I would like to be contacted on the status of my product.

I was not at all pleased with the merchandise. It did not look anything like the picture. Package did come quickly and I did like the shipping fee.

I got my wig 2 days ago and it does not fit my head. It is too small and it has no clips or anything to help hold the unit on. Not happy with purchase.

I purchased a wig a few weeks ago and the service was superb. I received my wig in just over a day, the wig fit just as I thought it would and I was very pleased. So pleased that I decided to order another one even though it was a higher price than closer competitors. Unfortunately this one is not a satisfactory. It has been 6 days and I have not received my purchase and the event I wanted to wear it for has passed.

The wig was Ok the curls were too tight and the color was too bright didn't have the look I was looking for.

I recently purchased the "It's a Wig" Lace Kinky Twist in color #1. I've purchased wigs from this site before and usually love them, but this time was not the case. I saw the picture of this wig and instantly thought "I've gotta have this!" It's gorgeous in pictures, but what I received didn't really look much like what I originally saw. First of all when I opened package the hair looked like it had been taken out and stuffed back into the pack. I took it out and shook it then looked at it and it just wasn't what I expected at all. The texture is super coarse and I thought it was going to be an actual twisted braid, but it was really just some coarsely crinkled cheap looking Beauty Supply hair. I tried it on and I looked like "Sideshow Bob" from The Simpsons. Maybe someone else had better luck with it and could do a video showing how to work with this wig because I have no clue how to get it to look like the picture. I haven't worn it yet because I was so disappointed. I may take it out again and try to work with it, but this was not a good experience for me. I give this look 2 stars at this time.
