One of my units is so bad you can’t…
One of my units is so bad you can’t even wear it out. It amazes me you would say something so bad. Then I have to pay a restocking fee for a bad unit that you sale? That should be a full refund. There are no twist in the middle of the unit at all. You wouldn’t be about able to style it or anything. Then I had to spend more money to send it back. So I’m just out of like 80.00 now. I don’t won’t a credit I want my money back.

Deceptive
Bought a wig that the website says is HD lace. Definitely dark brown swiss lace. Very disappointing as I'm super pale. Wish your website had more accurate information.

The Five wigs that I bought was…
The Five wigs that I bought was useless,they didn't even look like the photos,$127 down the drain. I had to trash them all,but never again will I buy from this company anymore

Misleading. Buy at this website on your own risk
I ordered two wigs, both of them are way too small for my head and i don't have much hair. Then i wanted to return them texted the number provided fot a reply stating i to check my email for instructions. I will have to pay shipping fee and be charged a 20% restocking fee, total. Their customer service is horrible. Title says misleading because i have read on website free returns in 14days when i asked they said only if i received incorrect items it could be free.

Items I ordered were NOT in stock after I paid for it!! Not a happy customer!!
I ordered crochet hair and they send me an email days later saying that the item is out of stock. Why didn't that come up when I put the items in cart online??? Save me the trouble and the money. Will not be ordering from elevate styles.
