Unfreakinbelievable! If not such a word , it is now, made 2 over $100 purchase within 3 weeks, this order the color was wrong on the unit, that I chose due to what Elevate had on their website, not some “YouTube” like the unempathetic Rep who text me back mentioned, Policy is within 14 days, the unit was still as it was upon arriving and all I wanted was the right color! Like really?? Petty for a return on the wrong item,But nevertheless, that will be the last “Coint” you will see coming from my direction,Ooo and I most definitely will pass on my negative vibes! **Please beware of any and all errors on your order, “Stoop Down Styles” will NOT be giving you your money back!!

I placed an order for crochet hair and…
I placed an order for crochet hair and paid immediately. I received a text 3 days LATER saying the color was unavailable and did I want another color. I called and they are not taking calls only text and emails. I requested to talk with someone and again they were not taking any calls only text or emails. I requested a cancellation. No apology no explanation why they take orders and do not have the product. Poor customer service or no customer service at all. Note…. This is the 2nd time this has happened.‼️

I ordered from them 3 times this month…
I ordered from them 3 times this month and only 2 of my packages arrived to the right address, I contacted customer service for help and with evidence that proved the order "Lost" was delivered to a wrong address and not the one it was supposed to. I asked them for a refund or my package and they didn't reply I sent them many e-mails and they only replied when they wanted to, like I don't deserve respect or anything. And when they did, they only told me to contact USPS over and over, if it's your mistake you should do it not me.

Wig Not The Color I Ordered!!!
I Purchased a wig that was supposed to be the same color the model was wearing (dr4 summer blonde). When I received the the wig it was not that color I feel so deceived and this is the second time they did this to I’m never shopping here again!

I have not been able to reacdh anyone…
I have not been able to reacdh anyone by phone and have not had any response to my email about my order. I am very dissatisfied and once this order is receivced or I can rach someone to cancel I won't be shopping with you EVER again and I will be spreading the word about you horrible response time. It has been 7 days at this point, that is poor service.

never buy this hair again
I know the hair was synthetic but the hair was matted up as soon as I put it on my head . I won’t buy this hair anymore . Thanks

I never received my order
I never received my order. And when I asked for a refund, they ghosted me. No response. No product. Just robbed. It was shipped to the wrong address and when I informed them of this they never responded. Ghosted me and as I said robbed.
