Cute wig. I had to cut was too long and although hair is soft definitely looks and feels wiggy. For price a great wig to have around.

I ordered this wig after watching a You Tube video of it. The shipping of this unit was great, it went out within 24 hours of ordering. The wig arrived, but was not attached by the typical small plastic piece that secures the wig to the packaging. It is a curly wig that had been either finger brushed in places or brushed with a brush, which loosened many of the curls and looked as though it could have been on a manequin. Very dissapointing. I ordered the wig for a trip and didn't have time to send it back, as Elevate Styles was out of stock in the color any. I just have to work with it. The wig looks dry, doesn't have luster and is much shorter than anticipated from the one they sent to the You Tuber for demo. Hers seemed supple, very full and curly, shiny and absolutely gorgeous. In all fairness, the company did offer to receive it back, but it will just have to do for a very important event, as there just isn't enough time to return and select another. I was very dissapointed that mine was not as gorgeous as the one seen prompting me to buy it😡.

Good prices, sometimes they have the lowest prices that can be found online. Good selection, though they don't carry all of the styles available. Horrible return policy. Having to wait for two business days for their Customer Service to authorize a Return Slip is unacceptable. Especially since the consumer has to pay the Return Shipping costs anyway. Should be an automated process as it is with many other online companies.
