Ordered over a week ago and still waiting

I ordered 3 units over a week ago and still waiting. My shipping address is in TX. I Looked online for delivery date says unknown. Update (as of 4/28): Received my units as of yesterday evening (shipping issues were with USPS not Elevate). Everything came as described.
