The hair is really soft and somewhat curly like I wanted it but it's not like the picture exaclty. Hoping to customize it

I like elevatestyles they have good products for good reasonable price my last order I received was open and the box was torn and the wig description did not match but overall I like their products and the free gifts they should give a wig brush or something different

Your delivery service was great but the wig is uneven and short in the back which makes lil sense for a full lace wig

This wig was not as thick as I wanted it to be... but I will say this was the first time that I did not like a wig from them..

This is a beautiful hair, got the light blond, but there isn't much you can do with it but wear a hat or scar over it

Fast shipping/Bad Return Policy

The hair in the image had black roots which was exactly what I was looking for, the hair that arrived did not have black roots. But the hair is still great quality and arrived promptly.

Elevate Styles has amazingly fast shipping and great customer service. I would give those two categories 4 stars. The downfall is the 20 percent restocking charge of your purchase for any items you are returning if they qualify for a return. I was not satisfied with my purchase (Bobbi Boss Bomba Faux Locs Dreads) as well as was given one item incorrectly. The agent at Elevate Styles was very helpful and gave me the opportunity to return, but I was not willing to lose 20 percent of what I paid. I should have researched the website a bit more before purchasing. If I would have known this before hand I would have not purchased the items that I did at all, even though it was extremely cheap. Besides that its a great site and they have great customer service.
