I did not like the color I had which was gold.

They don't care if you recieve your orders or not, as long as you pay their money

My experience was horrible. I ordered Zury Mali hair 24"....6 packs of one color & 6 packs of another color all at one time. I received my package in 2 days. That was great. I opened my package & 6 packs of the black hair looked as if they were used already. They were jumbo & not tightly twisted like the other 6 packs. I wrote & complained & sent my package back. First, I was mad about the way the hair looked & then I was angry at the fact I had to pay for shipping & it wasn't my mistake. I shouldnt have had to pay for the shipping. I received the package that was supposed to have the correct looking hair. I opened it & they sent back the same 5 or 6 packs of hair I've returned. I super angry at this point. I called back & the customer service rep didn't seem to care either of the times that I called & complained. It took them 3 to 4 days to get back at me. (Oh, when I made my first complaint, I didn't get an apology or ANYTHING like that.) After all this time, he finally seemed to care a little. I sent the package back with free shipping to & from. I just told them to send me 5 packs of brown instead of black since they couldn't seem to get it right. I received the 5 packs of brown & I was somewhat satisfied. 2 days later I received an email saying a package was delivered. I was confused because I received everything I ordered at this point. I opened the mail & it was another package. I was shocked. I opened it & it was the 5 packs of BLACK hair that I should have gotten at first. They sent me 5 free packs of hair. I guess it was their way of an apology. I appreciate the gesture though. Thanks!!! The experience was horrible but they somewhat made up for it in the end. They need to be a little more professional, especially people are complaining about a problem on the company's end.

My order did not include all items purchased. I called and was told to email a picture. I emailed customer service with no response. I called back and once again was told to email again and wait for a response. Now over a week later i received a refund. Great

I've previously ordered from the site before and was impressed by the cost of the hair and the speediness of the delivery; however this last experience was far from pleasant. I ordered the Dominican blow out straight crochet hair and it was an absolute waste of my money!!! Never again!!!! The hair was so awful that this will be my last time ordering from this site!!!

Both products (wigs) purchased were not as advertised at all. One package came already torn/ripped. Very disappointed this time around with Elevate styles. I have returned both products.

Hair came and it was falling apart

The butt shaper was poorly made, it lacked firmness and elasticity. It also ran a little large. I'm a size 10, I purchased a large it was to big!! Cheap price, cheap product.
