Great quality, I asked for brown and was sent grey.

Wig was nice I love the HD looked u don't have to blench knots and parting space was great the home could have been thicker it good for the price hair will tangle because it not human hair.

Service is great! We need more information to choose better products. My latest bought was great in beauty and texture. The other two were not so great in texture. Now I am aware of this aspect. Thank you.

I can only give 4 stars right now, as I haven't been long placed my order so it hasn't shipped. Prices for what I was looking for seemed reasonable. Just took me a little bit to navigate site as it was my first time ordering.

Hair is ALOT bigger than I expected but very pretty

Review update: Elevate Styles contacted me immediately after reading my initial review and turned the situation around. They apologized for the lack of contact and were empathetic. They also took full responsibility, refunding the amount paid for the wig and the shipping cost. In addition, I received prepaid postage to return the product. I appreciate Elevate Styles taking responsibility and accept their apology for the previous lack of contact. I updated my review to reflect the customer service I received to resolve the issue. I have a 4 because the initial issue still happened. They have recovered me as a customer. Original Review Although the email will not allow me to select a star rating, it's 1.The wig I received was matted, and of poor quality. However, Elevate Styles requires the consumer pay restocking fee and postage to return a poor quality product. I called their customer service line twice. No one answered either time. I left a message both times and as of yet have never received a phone call. The return window closed and now I'm the owner of a poor quality product not fit to wear. I do not purchase wigs for fun. I have alopecia and the lack of service, insensitivity,and return policy regarding even poor quality products severs my relationship with this company and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
