One wig piece was fine, The other was the wrong color.

Elevate Styles has great options and fast shipping. The reason I rated them with 3 stars is their 360 style view and return policy. The 360 style view often does not include a complete 360 - instead there's usually only one or two shots. I find it's hard to choose short wigs because a lot of the manufacturers will use 2 or 3 different hair textures that don't blend well at all. Additionally, the 360s do not include 360s of each color option. This is problematic because the color palettes, especially the reds, are inaccurate. Pinks are more purple, reds are more burgandy, etc. The return policy is another problem. If I cannot accurately see the product, why would you make me pay a restocking fee and pay for return shipping? I get that they want to discourage returns, but in a world of free shipping, having a shipping fee and restocking fee is overkill and does not inspire trust in the company. I will likely still order from them when I need something fast, but I won't order as much as I have in the past.

Short and cute

I guess everything was easy and accesible. Large variety of products to chose from. However, i paid for an item ... only to find out days later it was out of stock . I gave 3 stars because of the speedy refund. I wish the computer system or IT TEAM would update their inventory when needed...

The wig I received looks nothing like the video I watch from colouredbeautiful YouTube channel. I got Aria HH wig. Doesn't look full like the unit she had in her video.
