I opened the package and tried brushing it out and the ends were hard to comb through it shouldn't be like that especially if it's never been worn.

I was not able to use the product. I paid extra for 2 day delivery and it did not arrive until the 4th day. Contemplating returning the box.

I gave 2 stars because I ordered the zury aura and when I got it I was unable to adjust strapes to fit my head. I called customer service and was told that is the way it supposed to be so I gave it away and ordered another one from them and low and behold I was lied to. This one is perfect and the straps adjust. I will not be ordering from elevate styles anymore. Ebonyline will get my funds from now on and you earn reward points to go on future orders and since I have over 50 units in my basket I'm sure I will have great rewards. Elevate styles did not take care of my problem.

It's funny when I lived in Hawaii I would get my items in 3 business days I never had to wait any longer but now that I have moved to Florida I am waiting 7-8 days for my items now which is really disappointing because I wanted to wear one of my new wigs to a Christmas party and did not get a chance because it's going on day 8 and my wigs are still not here

The wig I ordered was received perfectly but it was way too small...and I have an average size head. It fit snug on my 9 year old's head: that's how ridiculously small it was. It ripped on my head. Cheep material not worth the price I paid for

First time customer. I Ordered about a week ago. Received an email that item became unavailable. They didn't say when i should be expecting the item or give me other options.

Payed for priority shipping. Was told my package would be arriving in 2 days it's been 5 days over due

I'm not happy because I was told(by email) on the 10th of November that my order was shipped and was in transit and it was the next day after I placed the it; but it wasn't true. I got another email on the 15th saying that they couldn't find the color I wanted for one of my order. It's really frustrating to know your order hasn't made any move after 6 days. The customer service is the most important part in a business for it success. I know you know that so try to improve it. Cheers
