Changed the return policy to final sale…
Changed the return policy to final sale without bannering it stating that there was a final sale policy change. Now I have Lace fronts that I do not like. Wasted my money for the 2nd time with them. I will not be ordering from them again.

Horrible customer service..they sent me the wrong wig and now won't respond
Horrible customer service! I sent a photo of the exact wig and colour, from their website, and confirmed the proper colour name BEFORE ordering. The wig I was sent was NOT the same colour. They responded once saying I should have purchased their SEEL insurance but I didn't because I was sure to have confirmation from the company of the colour name to order ...I didn't not select the wrong name, THEY SENT ME A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOUR and now, will not even respond to my emails. I have sent them a photo of what they have advertised, versus what I received and wish I could share that here...it's not even close to what I ordered! I am so disappointed!!!

Hidden tacked on fees, ignored by customer service
I had a mysterious $9 charge on my last order. Never had that that problem before, so I sent an email immediately after my purchase to ask about removing it. I never heard back from them, so that will probably be my last purchase from Elevate Styles. Too many other wig companies out there to have to put up with extra fees and being ignored by customer service. The wigs themselves were great and the shipping was fast. Not enough to overcome the bad taste in my mouth about the tacked on charge, however.

Hello Ikesha! We now offer return assurance up to 30 days through our partners at SEEL. Upon examination of your order we see that Return Assurance × 1 $8.36 / You can return any eligible final sale items was selected at checkout. It shows up at your cart summary and again at checkout but can be de selected before you make complete your order. We can go ahead and refund that amount for you as courtesy. What a waste of time
What a waste of time. I got the completely wrong color delivered. After they took of one pack from my invoice because they didn’t have enough of that color. I didn’t even get that color!!! I ordered OM/LVD and I received OM/OLV So I ordered ombré lavender and got green! Makes me afraid to order from here again since there’s a chance it May happens again. On top of that, no one is answering my emails or reviews!!!
