They have a HORRIBLE return policy
They have a HORRIBLE return policy, its pretty much non existence. Know that you can't return anything unless you paid for return insurance at the time of the purchase. Like cummon this is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. Also they don't care if your package is lost in the mail or undelivered. They want you to pay for insurance for that like really. What kind of business model is that!!! Don't you want happy and satisfied customers?.They would ignore your email if you question where your package is so don't bother. CLEARLY they DO NOT care about customers. Go buy elsewhere and cheaper for the same item. Forget this people.
