Placed an order, only to have them email me that the product was on back order. Had to cancel my appointment because the product didn't arrive in time.

I like that they delivered fairly quickly. However, the hair color pictured is mislabeled. The M2 blue is shown in Navy while the Navy is really the M2 blue. I still installed the hair, but it changed the look I was going for. I contacted customer service and there has been no response.

I love the style and cut of my new wig. The only challenge is it is a tad bit small.

Cute wig. Sheds a little. Didn't realize it had bangs that are hard to work with. You really have to work with the bangs part if you have a big forehead. (I do). Could be thicker. A great run to the store/ATM wig. Keeping it real.

The texture of the Beshe Jeri curl crochet hair I purchased has been awful and not consistent with my original purchase. The last two orders have been poor in color and texture. I generally like Elevate styles and hope they improve this product.

I love you all but I had 1 purple pack of hair and (7) 99j and my order stated (8) 99j. I don’t know you all to mess up.

Good but not great Shipping was very fast and I got what I ordered so that was good. My only complaint was the site itself. There wasn't enough information on the product so I was not happy with the end result and I feel like that could have been avoided if there were more pictures or a better description of the products themselves.
