I placed an order on October 22, 2022, and you said that the item was in stock, only to get an email the next day saying that my order was cancelled.

Kann leider nichts gutes sagen, erste Mal bestellt,Ware wurde nicht zugestellt da sie an die Falsche Adresse liefern wollten und seit nun mehr 6 Wochen werde ich immer vertröstet und die Mitarbeiter am Telefon sagen mir jede Woche das sich jemand meldet,nix passiert.wollte dann mein Geld wieder zurück und auch das ist noch nicht passiert.das schlimme ist das das Geld von meinem Sohn zusammengespart wurde. Werde da nie wieder bestellen.

This company elevate styles and their products has fallen from good to the worse. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Very disappointed with my purchase, it was arrived damaged. My wig was definitely opened prior to receiving it. The wigs net was ripped, there was dust in the strands (it was quite dirty), the wig arrived an absolute mess and barely in the correct packaging with padding missing (looked like the wig was just thrown in there, wasn't even fully in the net). I know the wig was tampered with since I have seen other colors in the same packaging. The Sensationnel shear muse line have a certain packaging which it was not placed in at all. Truly I was shocked at how it arrived, it must have been a display or could have fallen on the floor, or someone else wore it. I paid for a new wig not a used one, its not fair. I had reached out a couple times but I haven't gotten a response. I did also get a wig detangler but that was good and I use it on my other wigs. Just disappointed in the customer service and part of my order that was delivered poorly. Edit: It has been weeks and still no one has gotten back to me. I was kind and respectful in my email as well. There is no acknowledgment or care for their customers, Very unprofessional. I do not recommend buying from them.

I placed an order on October 3rd and the shipping was standard shipping which is 3 to 4 business days. After I received an email stating my item shipped, the next day when I checked the tracking number it stated the shipping label had been canceled. I emailed elevate styles to figure out what was going on. They never explained anything and just gave me another tracking number. When I tracked my package with that tracking number it has stated “package acceptance pending” going on for 5 days now. I emailed elevate styles and they were extremely rude and nasty. All he or she said was “ 2 to 4 business days”. Today is October 10th and still do not have my package. I’ve notified my attorney and am in the process of taking legal action against them. As I just stated, it has stated pending acceptance for days and still has not changed. I promise you I will not be paying for this order and I have notified Shop Pay and Affirm that I am not paying for this purchase as I have not received the package. Thank you.

I ordered the wrong color and requested an exchange; they responded with it is not returnable, refundable, and don't have the color I needed. This was a waste of my money.

Definitely wouldn’t buy again hated this wig horrible waste of money

I ordered hair a week ago and it’s stuck in PA as per USPS. First time this has ever happened. It’s probably not your fault but hard to rate when the purchase is not yet complete. Is this normal?
