I'm just shocked by the condition in which my unit was. Its like someone took it out of the packaging and stepped all over it with dirty shoes then rubbed the hair and the net together to make it tangle. I've never seen this before. The protective packaging of the unit was all crumbled up, some hair at the top was tangled/knotted into the hair net, there were pieces of cotton or something white in the wig. The inside and outside of the plastic was very dirty and the inside had an orange/brown dust also, on the unit. Once I separated the tangled hair from the net and combed everything out, aside from slight damage from the net the unit looks good but I still have to wash it now.

If shipping was faster, you guys would be great.

The hair was folded in half upon receipt. Hair should not be folded. It causes a permanent crease.

Only speaking about the initial order confirmation. The double-shipping charges matter has been cleared up now as far as I know. However, the refund for double-shipping charges has not appeared on my bank statement as credit, at this writing. Received defective unit. Wig not wearable.

I never got a respond on my email and that is very rude!but the products are very good

The hair wasn't the exact wig but it was still worth the price

The shipping is too much and it takes too long. Other places I've order from send it priority mail and I receive it in 2-3 days.
