Color of wigs are not like catalog …
Color of wigs are not like catalog colors, dissatisfied with my order, I will not order again, they wanted me to pay restocking fee for return that would have made me pay more than what it was worth

The hair was not pre loop so that made it difficult to install it was getting tangled up will not purchase anymore

Returns process is now terrible
Returns process is now terrible. Restocking fee understandable but still charging $9.88 even though the other items in my order would have still qualified for free shipping is greedy. AND I have to pay to ship back?! Better places and other ways to spend my money.

The first wig I got which was the Vella …
The first wig I got which was the Vella Vella Alexis wig was great curls was awesome but then I thought ok I liked it so much why not get the same wig again, I didn't like that one the curls weren't awesome in fact it was flat.

I am a person who has been wearing wigs …
I am a person who has been wearing wigs for about 4 years when I decided to go natural. So the quality of a wig is something that I know and understand. The Nova wig I received from this company was not the best. The construction was well put together but the hair shedd like crazy and the ends got stuff with in the first couple of days. Shipping and communication was good tho. Probably won't purchase from this company again.
