Was a 5 star until company took order. Confirmed was in stock and then 5days later say backorder. Contacted them to only then learned item was no longer carried in store

I DONT LIKE THAT THEY ACCEPTED MY ORDER WHEN THE PRODICT IS OUT OF STOCK AND WHEN I RETURNED TO THE SITE LATER AND THE PRODUCT IS STILL ABLE TO BE PLACED IN MY BASKET. THEY SHOULD KEEP THE WEBSITE UPDATED.

Returns suck with this website
Returns suck with this website. They charge you $9.88 for shipping fee upon return even though you have to pay the post office for the actual return. Then they charge 20% restocking fee. After all the expenses to return an item, you may as well just try to resell it yourself. Disappointed and will NOT do business with them again.

I will be returning the crochet hair I purchased because its frizzy and looks old. The wave definition that is shown on the website and videos are not in the hair that was sent to me.

When I opened the packs I was very disappointed. The hair was very frizzy and did not have the defined waved pattern that I saw on the website or in any video of the hair that I looked at. The hair looked old and worn before. Very unhappy with this purchase. I will be seeking this hair again on another website.
