I like the quality of the hair, and the price point is unbelievable! I did send an email prior to ordering because I was unsure of the color of the first wig I purchased. It turned out to be the wrong color. I didn't receive an answer, so that wasn't the most inspiring aspect in dealing with a new company for me. I managed to make the color work for me. In the end, I'm happy with my purchases, but I do think they should be responsive to customer inquiries.

I never got the order it was canceled, not by me but they got 4 stars because they refunded the money back really fast, I appreciated that very much.

I like that everything came on time I like the way it was packaged I didn't like that one of the items I ordered was in stock but besides that I give the thumbs up.

Have ordered from them twice so far (waiting on the 2nd order). Haven't worn the wigs yet but items arrived in good condition. Large variety of styles to choose from, happy to see they ship to Canada, which is awesome! Decent sales and you get good discounts too. 0.5 stars off - shipping to Canada (understandably) takes longer but I couldn't really track the items prope rly as I don't see a link provided in my tracking notification. That being said I had to send a msg and a link was provided by customer service in email so I'd ultimately give them 4.5 stars! Am spreading the word bc I know some people don't know they ship to Canada. Thank you Elevate Styles!

Fast delivery. But the shipping fees have increased substantially.
