Excellent product, but...
Excellent product! My only problem is that I would really appreciate a picture of the items I ordered to be in the confirmation email so I can keep track of what i ordered. It very aggravating trying to search your site to recall what i ordered. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Okay so I'm going to ignore the fact…
Okay so I'm going to ignore the fact that it my took almost 3 weeks to get to Canada , and sat in New York for 5 days & no one could really give me a reason why , because once I came down from my annoyed wrath, I realised that it really wasn't entirely the companies fault. Anyways they shipped the right unit and in the right colour ( which I was worried about because I've read that they are famous for shipping you the exact opposite thing you asked for) , I ordered my hair on a Sunday and they managed to get it processed and shipped out that following Monday, so HUGE bonus points for that to. Might I add that they are really good at keeping stock, I was looking for a specific wig in a very specific colour and they were the only company that I could find my wig in. The sites I usually order from have been out of stock on my hair for weeks now so I would definitely use these guys again

Communication and transparency
My order is being shipped separately and I don’t care for that. Also, I had to reach out to get the update on that, instead of being informed. If the order cannot be shipped together, that information should be communicated.

I bought the Mommy wig in pfs1b/33 it has peekaboo reddish brown highlights and it is so cute. The hair is a Remy natural blend, and it's so very soft . I also ordered a Harlem clip-in bang in a 1b and it is cute as well. I received my order, in 3 business days and Elevate-Styles got me looking absolutely STUNNING!! I Love this Company!!
