When my product was out of stock they didn't notify me. I called and they kept pushing the date back. After three weeks I just switch to another wig. I should have just got a refund.

I placed my order it showed immediately order confirmed and payment accepted. However after checking online 3 days after that. Details for my order showed confirmed/payment accepted. So I had to call was advised problem with a part of my order, it would be resolved. It actually took 7days to receive my order. Much too long!!!!

Extremely slow with shipping AND shipped my products separately at different times AFTER I had already paid for it. Disappointed.

This wig began shedding immediately after removing it from the package. It does not look as a good as the YouTubers display on their channels. I was highly disappointed. You can also tell the hair is very fake looking. Will need work to get it to look more natural. This wig also fit better on someone with a small head. I likely throw it in the trash.

I have ordered from Elevate Styles before and had no issues. The last time I bought hair it was not in food condition. The hair looked like it was combed out and not locked like it should have been.

Thank you for a response, I received the item today, however, this is not two toned as indicated in the color chart. It should be black or black/gray at the top with silver/gray at the bottom tip of the curl. As you can see this is not two toned. Hair is soft to the touch, but sheds excessively.

A few days after my purchase, I received a refund and was told the purchase was on back order. Very disappointing on my first purchase for hair.

The #30 did not have as much color on the right as in the picture.
