The transaction was smooth, the delivery was fast, but the product was disappointing. The wig is nothing like it seems in the you tube videos. It is well constructed, yes, but the synthetic hair is of very low quality--which I should've imagined it being so low priced. Anyway, I guess I'm too candid. Too good to be true, that's right!

I ordered the Antonia Half Wig in S1B/BU, which is advertised in multiple places on the website as a 1B base with dark burgundy/almost purple and grey highlights. They even have a video of their YouTube partner doing a wig review in that color. I ordered specifically from Elevated Styles to get the special S1B/BU color. However, the wig I received is just a 1b with burgundy highlights. When I reached out to customer service to clarify the color, the response was short and rude, just telling me I could return the unit if I don't like it. There are a lot of places to get quality hair online these days so I will stick with them, as they advertise correctly and give much better customer service.

I love the wig but the customer service process was not good. I had to email then to find out when my item would be shipped after waiting 5 days for some type of update on my order. Once I contacted them they did respond a day later with confusing info on when my order would be shipped. I conveyed to them I was given 2 different shipping dates and they emailed me the next day with the correct time frame, which was that the item had shipped already due to the fact that their shipment had came early, which let me know that they were advertising an item that they didn't even have in stock and that is why I did not get an update. They also did send my free gift that was suppose to come with my order.

They had items listed on their site that they could not provide to me as they were out of stock and did not have a solution to the issue. Next time they should make sure they only reflect items they can actually sell to customers, not items out of stock.

Was charged for an item, then notified that I would be receiving a refund without an explanation why. Inquired about it and was told that the item is no longer in stock, although it still shows that it is available on the website. The representation said it has been removed from the site, but I still see it, so that was a lie.
