The wig was very disconnected not blended what so ever, looks like a shelf or bad extensions. The color is not what is pictured and not blended just chunky streaks randomly.

Although I received my purchase in a timely fashion with in a week. I was sent 5 bags of hair and 3 of them was old and dried out. I only and two Fresh bags.

This is my first purchase from Elevate Styles. I ordered and it was packed on the same day. I said, "Wow! That was fast!" I received an email stating that it had also shipped the same day. It's been a week and tracking number shows it hasn't left Atlantic City. This is disappointing :( I understand it is in the hand of the USPS but i cant get an update and it's a week later. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence but it's something I would suggest looking into. Sorry that I can't give a review on the items I am still waiting for...

Most recently put in my order, then the next day was informed the item I wanted was not actually available after my payment already went through. Generally okay site. They keep increasing the free shipping limit.

At first glance the hair is great! It's soft, light weight and the hair accents are super cute. But once you start to install it, you see how stringy the hair is. I figured there had to be a catch with the hair only costing $5.99 a pack. For such cute hair that is a great price. But, the hair is stringy and continues to be each day I wear it. I'm having to cut stringy hair off one to two times a day. I don't think I will be able to keep the hair installed as long as I anticipated.

Used promo code to get discount. Changed my mind canceled order to pick different wig. Picked new wig was unable to use discount code. Had to make a new profile to apply new discount code. Cancelled order on 7/3 now 7/10 still no refund. Called Elevate Styles Customer Service & My Bank. Elevate Styles said "processed refund" My Bank said "We don't see a refund pending". Me = Irritated The wig I did reorder did come in the mail within 2days with the standard shipping so that was pretty quick.

maybe if this was real hair it would look better, to me it's dull. otherwise okay

2 out of the 3 wigs were really nice.
