Do not buy this wig it is a piece of s***. I cut a small piece of the lace and know hunks of hair he falling out. So I paid almost $40.00 for a wig that I never got to wear because it is half bold.

My very first order arrived with only half of what I bought through the website. When I contacted CS all I was told is we'll ship out the rest when it becomes available. No apology, no alternatives, nothing. You got ALL of my money but now I have to wait until you get inventory to be whole. Never again. I won't order from this site again and won't recommend it.

The wig i ordered recently is poor quality. I hate that I have to write a poor review considering that I love and have loved all the wigs I’ve ordered from them prior. Even though I didn’t like the last wig I received I still plan to order another one and have since ordered another one. All their products ship in a speedy fashion and I love it.

I ordered The Cali in color Black. I received it in Natural which is like a 4. I returned wig as received tags & net intact, and 10 days after company receives wig refused to issue full refund. Wanted to subtract 20% for their error. Not Impressed with wig or company. However shipping was fast. And customer service answered the phone.

The wig I ordered and receive had been stretched and was too big for my head. I didn't send it back because I had cut the tag off. Now I wish I hadn't. I am so disappointed in this wig.

My experience was not great I ordered the braiding hair 1B which was 5 packs instead I received 2 5 packs which i didn't order so I had to re-order another 5 packs of 1B it took 3 days when I receive the hair I thought it was going to be real curly but it was not curly like the picture this was my first time ordering and it was not a good experience I will not be ordering any more hair on this site I gave it a 2 star because the shipping was ok and I didn't like the hair

Fast shipping but i tem I received did not match the picture on the website

Shipping to Canada was way too expensive then I still had to pay duties on top of that when it arrived. After the exchange rate, super expensive shipping rate and duties I could have gotten human hair. I did find another site that was cheaper to send to Canada. I don't think I will use this site again
