I have never recieved my order yet and…
I have never recieved my order yet and paid by my credit card. Elevate Styles evidently do not have this wig and keep giving me different shipping time line. Very poor service.

I still haven't received my wig and…
I still haven't received my wig and after it's noted in my acct that it was delivered on March 13th. I chatted with a rep twice asking for my wig to be reshipped but I'm being giving a hard time. I don't want a refund I'd like the wig that I purchased. I don't know what happened to that package on March 13th but I didn't get it.

My package was completely wet
My package was completely wet. The conditioner was packaged extremely poorly. Very loose bubble wrap in a little envelope or whatever it was and they were put in there together with no tape or anything to hold them from shifting. Then put everything in a plastic Usps envelope without the bubble lining. Bottles were completely emptied and wig was extremely wet. Just all around sad purchase from such a what I thought was a classy company. You would think this company would have better packaging for the prices the charge!! Horrible!!!!

I never get the items on time
I never get the items on time! I ordered 2 weeks in advance, and I didn't have the shipment in time for my event. It still has not arrived yet, and I received an updated email that said the items should have arrived by yesterday!
