I paid extra shipping to have a specific wig sent by my vacation. And was sent the wrong 1 & paid extra for shipping to get to me in time & was sent the wrong color. So I was very disappointed with this order

SOLD OUT
I believe that Elevates is a good company however, I am just frustrated that every wig I want to buy is SOLD OUT. I now use them as my last resort as they are always out of stock. Customer services is good though and you do get your product quickly....when they have it.
