Terrible customer care! I am a loyal client, spent thousands and only shop on elevate... They have the best styles, great prices and finally free Canadian shipping... But, I've had some issues and I've reached out multiple times and have been treated badly/unprofessional AND my issues weren't resolved. I am so disappointed... They went from 5+ stars to 0 in my eyes.
