paid 53 usd to get it to Australia sooner, lo and behold its 23 july, something I paid for 14 july, I still have not received it. thanks, I will be sticking with samsbeauty ,when I paid 53usd, I had my package in Australia within 3 days. bye! will not buy anything from you again.TA

I ordered a wig in the color #2. The wig arrived in a box marked #2 but the actually stock card on the wig was marked #1. When I called customer service they asked me could I make it work lol. I said no and they sent me a 2-day return label. So after someone made a mistake on my order (i understand that things happen) i had to go through the trouble of sending it back and wait on another wig to come. I think that if a mistake like that happens the customer should at least be given a discount on their purchase.

The item stated it was available on the website so I placed my order. After I placed my order and money was debited then I received a email saying that they only had one with a suggested other color to be shipped so I had to call to request a refund of one item. I will not be using this site again.

I saw several wigs I really liked. More than 10 but they were all out of stock. Even when I found one and settled for a color I didn't care for, I was notified the next day that my money would be refunded because it was out of stock.

The color hair I originally ordered was not available upon shipment so I was asked to pick another color, so the hair would arrive in a timely mater.

Hair is nice and realistic to human hair but they're always out of stock of the wigs that catches my eye. Also customer service is absolutely terrible, the customer service rep actually asked me if i was "mad" she asked me twice. I spoke to a supervisor and he said he will email me when they talked to her about her behavior, but never recieved an email. I wont be buying from them because #1 they're always out of stock. I can get the same wigs on different websites.

I love the wig overall but I’m very upset in how whoever made the wig did not cut the job properly , my grandma had to spend 20 minutes making sure the back of the bob was even when in reality it should have been done correctly in the first place . Disappointed honestly but the color of the wig is dope .
