Delivery safe fast however the quality and style of the unit were not impressive. I will not be able to wear this unit. Without being able to be refunded it is a total loss for me.

Quality of wig was not what I expected. Wig was to big, did not look as advertised. Will return immedatelty.

They do not reply to my emails...two purchases later both wigs didn't match color chart...I need a return but costs 14.00 to mail it back...they don't return phone calls ..the wig is boxed back up in back seat of my car til I can afford to return it...I am out 34.00...plus 14.00 to return it...and they are closed Saturdays....I am fuming....the two wigs I want tgat are my color keep staying out of stock....the only 2 things in their favor is fast shipping and great quality...ut without all the other important parts of their business..that won't please customers..

The wigs looks very old with no curls or waves on it

I didn't read fine print that there would be a 20% restocking fee for returns, will not be ordering from this company again.

I loved the first day with the hair. But. It ranges so much it’s ridiculous. I’m 4’11 so please keep in mind that the hair was past my but. I didn’t want to cut it. But I’m going to have too. It’s very hard to make this hair look natural. Very hard. I watched so many YouTube videos about this hair and it was great. I’m starting to feel like they received a different package. I did get color 1 it was soooooo thin as well. Nothing like this picture. Very flat and thin.

I gave it a two because the hair in the picture is not the hair that I got. :-(
