I ordered this as my first wig
I ordered this as my first wig, it had plenty of video reviews online and I was hoping I would have the same results as them. Though sadly, I did not. Even with the modifications we made to it, it still didn’t sit correctly and the synthetic feel of it got tangled all the time. And it shed a lot which made me kind of disappointed because so many of the reviews said it did not. I could not sadly return it by the time we cut the lace cause it was already alternated from its beginning state. Beautiful color palette and great waves, wish it could have worked for me.

I'm normally very pleased with my products but this last time was very disappointing. I was issued a return label and later received an email saying return rejected which I didn't see until today bc it was in my spam. What I'm trying to understand is why and if it was rejected why haven't the product been returned to me?

Satisfied yet unsatisfied
As much as I love this company i’ll have to give 2 stars this time around. When my item arrived it was incorrect, not at all the color that I ordered: I ordered a #2 brown color. However I was sent a #1 the same exact item I ordered on a previous purchase. At this moment I am not pleased for noone has returned my calls nor replied to my email on replacing my item with what I did order. Mind you the item that I ordered is now no longer available and I feel like what they did was just gave me anything.

I have ordered the Vella Vella Alexis…
I have ordered the Vella Vella Alexis wig a lot and get so many compliments on it. People think that it is it's my hair or a quick weave. I've ordered this wig for many of my friends and have shared with people on where to purchase this wig. This last wig I ordered was a hot mess..it did not look like the wigs I've ordered in the past. Was very disappointed.
