Received wrong items
Received wrong items. Reached out to seller but received no response. Already had hair for a hairstyle and needed more so I wanted the same item. Did not have time to wait for a new shipment so I had to make it work. *My review on ElevateStyles TikTok Shop page includes pictures of products received and unanswered messages.

Order never made it passed printed label
I placed an order for a wig that’s been discontinued. A shipping label was created and waiting acceptance for a week before I reached out to the company. After asking the company just stated that the package had been lost and that I my money was being refunded. I’m giving two stars because the refund happened without question and pretty quickly. I wish the company would’ve proactively Let me know that my package was not coming.

Commande passée le 20 décembre 2025, envoyée avec numéro de suivi le 29 décembre/ on est le 13 janvier 2026 dans une semaine, ça fera un mois pile que j’ai commandé mais je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande; pour un site qui se veut d’envoyer les commandes à l’international, Le SAV est inexistant; j’ai appelé le sav de livraison qui est responsable de celle-ci, ils sont incapables de me dire où se trouve mon colis; je cherche à me faire rembourser et c’est la douille: Je ne trouve aucune information nulle part pour le faire.

Used to be a good company. On a steady decline.
Ordered on Aug 31st and the item has not been shipped as of Sep 9th, a mere label has been generated. Customer Service seems to have changed as well as they were abrupt and quickly dismissed my email. Sogoodbb.com charges more for shipping but if you need your order quickly I would suggest utilizing their services instead.

Items not available and not so kind response from so support
One of the items that I ordered was not available so a refund was issued, this could have avoid if your site could show real availability of the products. No tracking url was provided until i contacted support, by the way support person did not say hello or grettins in the response so for me seems very rude.
