I was missing items out of my order and…
I was missing items out of my order and never received a notification that they were out of stock or were not going to be shipped. My shipping email indicated that all items were shipped! The items were needed for a client. With the package arriving 2 days before my clients appointment I didn't have time to order her hair from a different supplier. I ordered the hair 2.5 week in advance to avoid these type of issues. I understand items go out of stock but the communication here was HORRIBLE. I like the company but will NEVER order from them if i need the hair for a particular reason...back stock only.

It was not the color I was expecting…
It was not the color I was expecting and I have to return the wig after paying $10.99 for shipping.

The hair is of poor quality
The hair is of poor quality. Feels like plastic; waxy feeling. Should not charge customer 20% for returns when they pay their own shipping costs. Shameful.

I ordered 4 wigs and only 1 of them…
I ordered 4 wigs and only 1 of them looks like it may be somewhat like what I thought I was ordering. I will wash them and see if that helps. If not, I wasted my money.

I’ve been trying to contact the company…
I’ve been trying to contact the company and leave numerous voicemails text messages and emails and no one has contacted me I did not receive my package someone said they will get back with me in 24 hours have not received the email first time ordering and this is what I get my friend orders from them they’re wigs are really nice .But this customer service is not good

Very poor communication
I received the wrong hair and needed to do a return within 14 days. I realized the hair was wrong a week in. I've called and left vmails twice with no return call. After emailing I finally got an email back on the 14th day where they also informed me about the 20% restocking fee. But because it's so late for ANYONE to get back with me it's pointless. They could have offered an extension or no restock fee for being so late with getting back with me. So I just have hair that I don't even need and it was a waste of money.
