Package not received
Hello, The package was marked as delivered on September 01, but I have not received anything. the tracking number cannot be found and is not identified on service global e tracking. I would like to know which company will deliver my parcel as I live in Switzerland ! You haven't answered my question at all, which carrier is going to take care of the delivery of the parcel here in Switzerland - the post office, DHL, fedex? What transport, where is the package nothing is clear I'll have to keep writing about my feelings on trustpilot to get a correct answer. What's the problem, it's impossible to communicate! Best regards Tracking number : GE4427445594US Order : 447106

Very poor after-sales service
Very poor after-sales service! I ordered a few weeks ago and the money was debited from my card but I have not received any confirmation email for my order, I wrote several emails without any response from them! If I don't receive any news, I'll take the necessary measures!!! I can't recommend them, I'm very disappointed, I expected better! Order number : #447106 Hello, thank you for your reply, but I don't have a tracking number, so I don't have anything to follow the parcel? Can you send me a tracking confirmation email?

Processing was horrible/ canceled order
I canceled my order. It took to long to process. And customer service is horrible. When I worked in customer service. We tried to keep our customers. Not when someone says I want to cancel. And you basically saying ok. You don't try to keep your customers. Or offer anything to keep them. That's why your ratings are low. Wig types ship next day! I will never shop here agan!
