I placed my order on 5/3, and it is now 5/11 and the order has not shipped. Your website advertises shipping in 2-3 days. This was a factor in why I placed my order with your company. Very disappointed.

WIG ARRIVED MANGLED-PACKAGING WAS SLIT…
WIG ARRIVED MANGLED-PACKAGING WAS SLIT OPEN AND IT HAD A HORRIBLE SMELL. THE DELIVERY TIME WAS THE ONLY DECENT PART.

Disappointed
I was disappointed that my order did not ship until 3 days after I submitted my order. Most competitors will ship same day if you place your order 3pm that day. There is no exception for this. Especially, if I'm ordering 2 counties over in the same state. Not sure if I'll be ordering again. I recommend if you looking for quick turnaround, try another vendor.

Unhappy Customer
I hace only received one out of my 5 items ordered. I wasn't informed that my order would be split. There is only one tracking number on my order and 8 days after my order shipped and my other items still hasn't been delivered

Awful chemical smell
Bought 3 wigs, 2 of them synthetic and 1 human hair. All the wigs have a strong awful chemical smell. It is so bad that I have a chemical taste in my mouth from trying them on. The human hair is very shiny like the synthetic ones. Not happy at all.
