The product was as expected, but the delivery could have been faster.

The last lace front wig I purchased was ordered based on the picture posted on the site. It was future trya, however when I received it instead of the wig be wet and wavy as the picture shown it was curly. I hate curls. Other than that episode all other products I've received has been perfect. I receive my product in a timely manner and I've been purchasing wig from elevate styles for a little over a year now. My only other complaint is. I haven't received any discounts coupons.

I see other websites that offer the same product but I do not trust them. Your website is easy to navigate and has the color choices available to view.

Wigs look natural and colors are beautiful

I have had great experience with receiving shipments from them. Their shipments are always packaged well and received within 3 days of ordering. However, I disagree with their return policy. I recently received a wig from them that was defective...this clearly was more of a manufacturer error than theirs...however because they request it's returned priority mail and that they do not cover the return postage, I had to pay $18 to return a wig I received damaged...(due to the size of the box I could use the prepaid shipping boxes given from priority mail.

While this really isn't Elevate Styles fault...I ordered two wigs from them, my first time ever purchasing from the site, everything went fine. However, due to no signature needed when the packages were delivered by the Post Office, the packages were left in an unsecured area of my apartment complex and were stolen. Again, this is not an Elevate Styles issues, I did call and let them know what happened, and was told, once the packages are delivered it is out of their hands. Maybe they can think about having packages signed for, so this doesn't happen again, but everything considered, the ease of shopping and the quick shipping by Elevate Styles was impressive. I will most likely order from them again.

I absolutely love how fast your shipping is, the tracking number comes less than two days after you place the order. I never have to worry about the product not making it in enough time, nor do I ever have to contact the company for any information pertaining to my order. I love how prompt this business is and I will continue to work with you all!
