I give 3 stars because they still had a color in a unit that was hard to find anywhere else but were more expensive with units and shipping.

Out of Stock, then say so
On the website the item that I ordered show as “in-stock” 2 to 3 days after they had proceeded the payment I got an email saying that is was out of stock and would I prefer another color. I think they need to keep the website updated a little better so this doesn’t happen. The company was Very diligent in contacting me to see if I would be willing to except a different color but did not offer me a refund as an option. I really like the customer service and might shop with the company in the future however once a mistake has been made on there end in the future they should specify always that the mistake can be corrected.

The hair worked out but wasn’t what I…
The hair worked out but wasn’t what I was expected but it worked out. Did not stay at the ends so after the twist I had to go into a braid and then seal that with fire. The hair is super soft and was easy to separate. Would do best with box braids.

Where in the Pandemic is my order!
I am assuming it is because of the pandemic but it took much longer for me to receive my products and only after I had to request a refund for first and reorder. Customer services was very helpful and speedy in response so that was awesome. The second order was timely and I am satisfied with my items as always.

I ordered 6 packs of crochets twist! I WAS VERY PLEASED... 1 pack of the synthetic clip ins...yes I'M still happy! Saved the best for last... I ordered Sensationnel UD5.... BUT RECIEVED UD6!! That was the main thing I wanted! And yes i doubled checked my receipt and it also states UD5!
